The Hanoi Pedagogical University 2 is a public university with a long-standing reputation and expertise in training, scientific research, and teacher development. It is one of the eight key pedagogical universities in Vietnam. The university successfully completed the second cycle of educational quality accreditation and was awarded the Certificate of Educational Quality Accreditation on February 28, 2023.

The university boasts a team of young, enthusiastic, highly capable, and dedicated administrators and lecturers who are passionate about contributing to the school's activities and the education sector. Currently, the university offers 23 undergraduate programs, 18 master's programs, 6 doctoral programs, and various training programs for teachers, lecturers, and educational administrators. The training programs are designed to be flexible and adaptable, meeting the diverse needs and learning conditions of students.
